Requirements:
- Evaluate tender documents to understand RFQ/Enquiries requirements scope and feasibility.
- Develop a tendering plan and strategy, outlining key objectives, timelines, and resources plan.
- Develop a tendering plan and strategy, outlining key objectives, timelines, and resources plan to maximize NOV Process Systems' chances of winning the project and with the best possible conditions for the Project Execution
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to gather necessary information including technical specification/requirements, costing, terms and conditions documentation.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate,e and compliant.
- Whenever required, the Tender manager shall involve in negotiation with clients to clarify details and finalize of contract terms as per the approved proposal.
- Analyze the outcome of the tender submitted and conduct lessons learned when required.
- Maintain and keep records of all correspondence, clarification, contracts, and documentation during tender activities
- Prepare and manage the tender processes such as review and approval request
- Performing with tendering team risk assessment for the potential project execution to determine required contingencies to be included in cost sheet
- Identifying potential Extraordinary Risk and report such to Risk Management/Tender owner for further assessment and approval.
- Performing tender pricing and preliminary cash flow analysis
- Producing the tender documentation
- Performing Lessons Learned session and capturing/sharing the outcome.
- Ensure client response and feedback been share and provide responds in timely manner.
- Review in detail the Letter of Award, drafted Purchase Order or Purchase Order documentation package, with the tendering team and nominated project manager, specialists, and other functions such as BD, APT, Legal& Contracts, Tax, Finance.
- Prepare & perform hand-over to the Execution Project team.
- Prepare and submit the Contract Review Checklist for approval of the Letter of Intent or Purchase Order in compliance with Delegation of Authority.
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline
- >8 year's current experience in Tendering/Proposal/Project Engineering/Management with the topside process systems.
- Excellent Oral communication skills to ensure message been delivered accurate and consistence.
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated to achieve company objectives.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Ability to recognize change of scope and present to a client a strong and concise justification.
- Strong commercial knowledge of payment terms including Cash Flow, Payment terms, LOC's, Payment Bonds, LD's etc.
- Strong Contract negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of contract Terms & Conditions.
- Be professional and presentable.
- Ability to lead, gather and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards
