As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technicalsupport for access and video products of LenelS2 to the Value AddedResellers (authorized partners) and End-Customers in Australia and New Zealand.

As a team-player you worktogether with your colleagues to optimize security solutions to our customersand you accelerate/anticipate on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support through telephone, dial-in, and email for LenelS2 products (Access Control and Video Surveillance)
  • Prioritize and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution of complaints
  • Offer expertise in solving complex technical issues related to product applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and PM teams, to resolve technical issues involving both hardware and software
  • Site & customer technical visits for product related activities

Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in a support or technical consultancy function
  • Professional experience of IP network
  • A solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Analytical mind. The ability to solve complex problems, based on a logical and inquisitive nature
