EngineeringWe are currently seeking experienced professionals for two key HSE roles in a major offshore oil and gas project.
These positions will be instrumental in ensuring the highest HSE standards are upheld throughout project execution.
Subsea HSE Lead Key Responsibilities:

Subsea HSE Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HSE activities for subsea operations, including SPS/Flexible (25%) and UFR (75%).
- Ensure EPC contractors comply with HSE requirements during installation.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Support HSE reporting and KPI tracking.
- Develop safety culture across project packages.
- Act as the main HSE interface between contractors and company management.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5-10 years in subsea or marine operations.
- Expertise in offshore/subsea safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- English fluency required.
- Location: Paris, France (with travel to Suriname and other locations as required)
- Contract Duration: 1.5 to 5 years
- Start Date: March 2025
- Status: Residential
