EngineeringWe are looking for a Fabrication Yard CSR for one of our clients with the following details:
Start Date- 01-MAY-2025
End Date- 31-MAR-2026
Location- Doha/Oman
Work Status- Single
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering construction
- Experience: At least 15 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 10 years' experience in yard position with exposure to Pre and commissioning under ICAPS,
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in Project Management
- Available for technical missions worldwide,
- Familiar with the client or Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes and standards,
- Language: Fluent English,
- Computer literate,
- Good leadership skills and effective communication skills,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
- Qatar or middle east experience
- Good analytical skills,
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
Activities:
HSE & compliance:
- To ensure compliance with HSE (occupational and process) legislation, COMPANY standards and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering, to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
- To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE procedures in all integration activities,
- To ensure compliance with COMPANY Management System and applicable International Standards.
- To treat all information obtained during courses of the work with confidentiality.
Scope and development:
- To ensure EPCIC CONTRACTOR and associated SUBCONTRACTORS preparation of required procedures - method statement - schedule - resources plan in timely and quality manner to prepare and coordinate the onshore fabrication completion on time.
- To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all the technical requirements to ensure the project is sufficiently prepared and matured to go for site execution.
- To mobilize the COMPANY Supervision Team as required for the onshore fabrication and pre-commissioning.
- To follow and coordinate material delivery onshore with the material coordinator.
- To ensure consistency and correct interfacing with other disciplines during the construction phases of EPCIC construction design, procurement, fabrication, readiness for load out.
- To setup and manage weekly and monthly meetings with EPCIC CONTRACTOR and call specific ad hoc meetings as required,
- To follow-up and report the progress report of the works onshore.
- Lead the brownfield construction team and keep the team committed to targets defined by the project management
Interface Management:
- Interface with RP construction team as well as pre commissioning and Commissioning team to deliver the brownfield items to offshore integration team without remaining or punches activities.
- To track progress and status of each and individual Interface points he's responsible for,
Schedule Development:
- Review and adjust brownfield construction schedule to deliver the items based on site integration schedule.
Risk Management:
- To perform risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works,
- To participate to HAZID's, HAZOP, Project Technical Reviews, Risk Assessments and JSA's when required.
Assurance and Governance:
- To co-ordinate with Project QA/QC Engineer for all quality matters, including the management of quality audits as well as needed for a continuous control of Contractors/Subcontractors, the quality control during the fabrication activities, etc.
- To follow Pre-commissioning dossier preparation and readiness.
Resource Management:
- To ensure that the resources and organization from EPCIC Contractor are adequate with regards to the workload.
- To review Contractor's progress reports related to onshore mobilization (materials, equipment/tools, personnel, etc.).
