Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and maintain control systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee and manage capital automation projects from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation systems meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and leadership in troubleshooting and optimizing control processes
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot, program, and support Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), and various industrial control systems.
- Develop electrical schematics and technical documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Lead and manage capital projects including the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and automation systems.
- Apply working knowledge of process automation, manufacturing operations, quality control, and customer service to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Education and Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing automation and controls.
- Proficiency with CAD software for creating electrical diagrams is required.
- Proven experience in project management, with successful implementation of capital improvement projects.
