Sourcing Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
Intelligrated Systems, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Engineer Participate in the Turnover to Estimating meetings to learn project requirements. Work with concepting and estimating team to determine the buyout product needs for the quoted and won projects. Translate electrical equipment list requirements into part number level requirements & schedule. Aggregate requirements data to feed the commodity managers and suppliers to prepare labor and materials.
Work with implementation engineering team to keep buyout requirements up to date. Improve buyout requirements accuracy over time. Meet with concepting and estimating team to introduce sourcing engineering team and assignments for a project. Determine project scope for all buyouts. Define timing, requirements and expectations for each assigned project. Determine access to concepting and estimating folders, files, software and training required.
Quote mechanical buyouts for all projects.
Participate in Sales Directional Meetings.
Participate in Turnover to Estimating Meetings.
Send RFQ/RFP's.
Gather quotes and negotiate pricing (pre-award)
Develop sourcing buyout summary and L3/L4 review documents
Feed costing to CAE lead to populate Project Review Document (PRD)
Attend Cost Review Meetings.
Generate sole source justification forms and non-preferred supplier (PSL) approval forms
Participate in Turnover to Implementation Meetings.
Coordinate with commodity managers for further cost negotiations with vendors (post-award savings)
Identify potential eAuction items for commodity managers.
Electrical Sourcing Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Quote electrical buyouts for all projects.
Participate in Sales Directional Meetings.
Participate in Turnover to Estimating Meetings.

Send RFQ/RFP's.
Gather quotes and negotiate pricing (pre-award)

US Person Requirement:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
You must have:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in Engineering.
Full term of experience must include: able to read, understand, and develop a bill of material from complex electrical drawings; working on conveyance equipment or similar systems; knowledge of Autocad, Excel, Microsoft office, Oracle, and Convey
We Value:
Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week after 3 months ful time. Up to 5% International/domestic travel required. Minimum of two years of experience working on conveyor systems to include engineering of the systems.
