Electrical Design Engineer
Project context

• Design of Electrical System for petrochemical/refinery industry;
• Preparation of project documentation including project specifications, one line diagrams, protection and control schematic diagrams, terminal connection diagrams, substation layouts;
• Execution of electrical calculations;
• Preparation of layout drawings (consumer location, cable tray routing, lighting, grounding);
• Preparation of Installation typicals and Material Take-off;
• Experience in hazardous area classification would be an additional advantage
• Smart Plant 3D Modeling experience would be beneficial

Goals and deliverables
- Electrical Cables, Trenches and Tray Routing Engineering
- Lighting & Socket System Design, Grounding & Lightning Protection System
- Preparation of various electrical documentation as input data for Substation/Trafo TRS/PO
- Electrical Heat Tracing System - Preparation of input documents for EL Subcontractor
- Vendor documentation review and follow-up

Computer skills, knowledge of applications such as MS Office, ACAD, Dialux, - Confirmed

5 years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer - Confirmed
Knowledge of SmartPlant 3D tool would be beneficial - Basic
ETAP software of other power system analysis software knowledge would be beneficial - Confirmed
Experience in MV/LV equipment and installations - Confirmed
