Elevate Your Career in Senior Contracts Specialist / Engineer with Airswift

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Specialist / Engineer to join our Oil & Gas Operator client's team in Esbjerg, Denmark for a 12-month contract. As a key member of the Contracts & Procurement - Operational Services & Projects department, you will be responsible for managing and handling project tenders and contracts, sourcing EPC contracts and long-lead items, managing recurrent field operations contracts and driving functional excellence through streamlined processes.

Role Overview

• Management and handling of Project tenders and contracts, and other projects activity.
• Supporting the projects team in sourcing EPC contracts and long-lead items.
• Preparing, negotiating, and issuing contracts in accordance with Company rules and applicable legislation.
• Conducting all contract activities related to pre-award and post-award contract management.
• Leading cross-functional teams in the sourcing process.
• Challenging and optimizing contracting strategies through thorough scope demand management and cost consciousness.
• Liaising with other affiliates and TotalEnergies Global Procurement to leverage best practices and economies of scale.
• Facilitating effective Supplier Relationship Management and engaging with TGP to establish top quartile Key Performance Indicators.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure optimum stock/inventory management for relevant categories.
• Driving effective Contract Management in line with best practices to achieve technical, HSE, statutory, and commercial performance objectives.
• Presenting cases to Local affiliate Contracts Committee, Contracts Boards, and Branch Contract Committee.
• Ensuring proper administration, filing, and update of all documents in SAP or the central drive.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in the oil & gas industry with proven project experience in a technical and/or sourcing function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Technical or Commercial discipline.
• Experience with economics/accounting/finance, legal, and insurance aspects.
• Commercial awareness, skilled negotiator, and excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of using SAP and MS Suite of applications.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
