Supervise and coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, testing and preventive maintenance for Rotating Equipment from field operations and within the workshops, in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner, to ensure they are fit for service and meet all quality specifications using the appropriate codes and standards.
Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in O&G production operations, or mechanical systems or in similar industry, including 5 years in a supervisory or Senior Technician position.
Competencies:
Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture.
Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work with large teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS.
Certifications:
Permit to Work -- Performing Authority
Qualifications
Minimum High National Degree and preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or Industry Experience.
