Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. The Design & Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic systems and applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of robotic solutions into manufacturing processes. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid} {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the robotics product - Based in Bac Ninh and working location may vary in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang,... You will be mainly accountable for: • Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments. • Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities. • Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects. • Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines. • Develop new robotic solution for electronics application together with a team of engineers • Ensure that design and engineering is in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices and contractual requirements • Prepare the technical presentations and present to customer and the team • Supervising supplier for mechanical components manufacturing, assembly and testing • Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the robotics system meet design specifications and industry standards • Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing & assembly process to minimize downtime and improve productivity • Ensure all manufacturing processes and workshop comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial automation, mechanical engineering, robotics or a related field
  • Proficient in 3D Software like AutoCAD, Solidwork, Inventor, NX, Catia, ... Proficient in Robot-Studio software
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in electronics industry automation in particular robot re-lated, from design to manufacturing
  • In-depth understanding of design, machining and assembly processes. Knowledge of electrical and control equipment. Experienced in workshop/site installation management, experienced in managing contractor
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • With high flexibility and work hard, can work under pressure
  • Proactive, and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English, capable of reading and express technical solutions in English. Chinese language skill is an advantage
  • Customer orientated preferred
