To develop, implement and maintain a database of the refinery wide Material Balance by collecting, analysing, validating, investigating, reconciling and reporting ALL flows of feedstock and refined product into, within and out of the Refinery such as Crude Oil, Condensate, Gas, LPG, Gasoline, Diesel, Jet A-1, Naphtha, Fuel Oil, Intermediate Stocks, Sulphur etc.
Movement of feedstock and refined product into and out of the refinery from external companies need to be accurately represented and accounted for since it forms the basis of invoices issued to customers and payments to suppliers and have major financial, reputational and legal implications.
Experience

Experience
- At least 8 years in Refinery Production Planning and Scheduling.
- Understanding of IT technical standards and development methodologies.
- Analytical skills in Refinery production scheduling & refinery economics.
- Proficient with Planning & Scheduling and Production Accounting software tools.
- Good spoken and written English - communicates effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Science.
