Site Commissioning Leader (CPF)
Location: Uganda.
Contract Duration: 12 months.

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Commissioning Leader for a Project in Uganda. This role involves leading a team of 40 commissioning personnel at a large-scale Central Processing Facility (CPF), LPG extraction plant, and remote well pads. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of contractors and staff.
• Ensure commissioning activities comply with safety, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supervise contractor work to maintain company standards.
• Resolve technical issues, manage risks, and track project milestones.
• Ensure accurate documentation and training for personnel.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a technical discipline and 12 years of industry experience.
• Proven leadership in large-scale commissioning projects.
• Expertise in OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS system.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, rotating machinery, and control systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural, remote settings.
• Valid medical certificate.
