Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at a Central Processing Facility (CPF) in Uganda. This rotational role involves managing Control Room and Field Operators to ensure safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise CPF operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Act as the delegated Operating Authority, managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Conduct safety assessments and site inspections.
• Manage field operations, addressing production issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to operational teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Higher Education or BTCE in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, safety procedures, and DCS-based systems.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
