Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Development Engineer to join our Biotechnology and Food Ingredients division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes and products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize biotechnological processes for the production of food ingredients and other products.
• Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and products.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from experiments and production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of development activities, including protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process and product development, preferably in the biotechnology or food ingredients sector.
• Strong understanding of biotechnological processes and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the biotechnology or food ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of Hungarian regulations and standards related to product development.
• Fluency in English.
