In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Planning, preparing, and publishing 48-hour quality control schedules to ensure high product quality.
- Defining lead times and delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours.
- Providing excellent customer service through regular communication and feedback on quality-related issues.
- Managing forecasts and master production schedules in line with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) rates provided by the European S&OP Team.
- Planning and distributing control tasks consistent with the published production plan.
- Ensuring accurate system parameterization to optimize quality control performance.
- Reporting on work progress and key performance indicators to the supervisor.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor with diligence and in accordance with applicable procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar position in an international company.
- Communicative English skills (speaking and writing).
- Good understanding of the products manufactured by the company.
- Excellent analytical and literacy skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a dynamic production environment.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
