This role involves assisting with guiding the development and management of technology solutions, including projects, systems (applications, technologies, processes, and information), and shared infrastructure and application services. - Assist with the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to support complex business requirements.
- Assist in gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and developing execution plans by coordinating with clients, management, and development teams.
- Support the management of technical projects, ensuring they align with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Assist with integrating various technology systems to optimize performance, scalability, and security, ensuring appropriate use of integration architecture components.
- Contribute to evaluating existing and future technology stacks to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Assist in maintaining technology standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation.
- Assist with preparing technical reports for clients and industry publications.
- Assist with troubleshooting for minor issues.
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
- Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Required or
- Associate Degree and 2 years related experience Required or
- High School Diploma/GED and 4 years related experience Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, databases, applications, integrations, and networking a plus.
- Knowledge in the oil and gas industry focusing on technical support, solutions implementation, and project management a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) Preferred
