Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of renewable energy systems, including wind turbines, solar panels, and other energy generation equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring that all service activities meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on renewable energy equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure that all technical issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
• Document service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and parts used, in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry advancements and equipment updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, with hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries (wind, solar, electrical systems, etc.).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments, often outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety at all times.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites across the specified regions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
