Responsibilities

New manufacturing technical study and development to share with team member. Providing ongoing manufacture-level problem-solving and troubleshooting guidance support for production.
Project process leadership for new product introduction or continuous improvement.
Definition of overall manufacturing process flows, and development of appropriate documentation (BOM, SOS, PFMEA, Control plan. CTQ. routing, assembly procedures) and process support for testing requirement
Interact with cross functional departments to develop and improve manufacturing process, to get RTY, scrap, and quality improvement
Take process capability analysis such as CP/CPK. Control chart...
Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures on top product failures both in NPI phase and MP phase
Driving the initial pilot builds, and resolving technical issues as they arise
Timely communication or support on customer complaint, provide technical support for assigned products
Providing technical support to suppliers for problem-solving
Mentor new coming and other ME on product and technical knowledge
Drive HSE action, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation control. Experience of electronics engineering is preferred.
Over 8 years work experience, experience in manufacturing process control is prefer.
Being active, creative, with good problem analysis and resolve capability.
Good team work, communication and cross function drive result.
Positive attitude in work, willing to learn and progress, strong practical ability.
Good English, oral, and written communications skills required.
