Job Summary

Responsible for on-site service of steam valves and other products for Emerson Pressure Management Industrial, solving customer on-site problems, maintaining customer relationships, and contribute to steam LCS business growth through service capacity. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Responsible for steam product service for troubleshooting field issues, including failure analysis and field maintenance services at the customer site;

2. Field service, including Use Special Tools for Reconditioning and changing spare parts;

3. Conduct Site Walk Down (SWD) to verify the installed base, identify potential issues and provide predictive maintenance solutions for customers;

4. Support customers STO plan and provide product service for STO involved products and contribute to steam LCS business growth

5. Help customers to conduct on-site installation and commissioning of steam products;

6. Conduct after-sales training and remote instruction to sales channel and customer operation team;

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. College degree or above;

2. Good digital literacy, proficient in Word, Excel, PPT;

3. At least three years of valve maintenance and service-related work experience;

4. Be able to travel frequently.

5. Occupational Health and safety foresight.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Import brand valve repair work experience is preferred;
  • Strong hands-on ability;
  • Team work spirit;
  • Good communication skills.
