Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. According to the market and customer application requirements, analyze and decompose into technical requirements, and carry out system-level functional architecture design and technical parameter analysis of functional modules Conduct technical and project feasibility analysis according to technical requirements, combined with factors such as time, cost, quality and resources, and assist product team manager in project planning Cooperate with product and hardware design team to implement product design, including principle design, component calculation and selection, simulation analysis, Layout, functional testing and debugging, experimental design, design document output, etc Assist the hardware manager to control the quality of team design, participate in the feasibility judgment of design development and output according to the design rules, and give constructive suggestions for rectification; Assist to improve and optimize product hardware design rules Assist hardware manager to improve the overall technical capability of the team, share new technology and constantly update technical knowledge, and explore the development trend of hardware technology Assist and support customers and market advanced product technology needs, tackle key core technologies, and seek new opportunities for product development

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical, automation
• More than 5 years hardware design experience in related industry or similar industry, experience in low-voltage product application is preferred
• Proficient in electronic schematics and PCB layout, circuit calculation ability, skilled use of EDA software and electronic simulation software
• Master the knowledge of power supply, magnetic components, sensor detection and embedded system
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols and IOT related applications, such as MODBUS, CAN, etc
• Familiar with the manufacturing process of electronic hardware products
• Good English listening and speaking skills, able to communicate with foreign colleagues independently
• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, experience in project management or communication coordination is preferred
• Can handle problems independently, strong ability to work under pressure
