This position reports to

R&D Department Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. Firmware design and development for industrial low voltage products Leading the project evaluation, initiate appropriate design solution. Write the product technical requirement and develop function modules and verification/validation plan Design product according to the specification. Complete analysis and test the related software. Improve the quality process, lead the design quality review Maintain product and life cycle management. Support and handle design relative issue Finish the other task from company.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor or above, Computer, Electronics, Automation or other related area
• At least 5 years working experience in firmware development
• Skilled in C, C++. ARM Cortex-M / RISC-V design, configure and compile
• Experience of RTOS development and scheduling
• Familiar with industry and network communication protocol (Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN etc.)
• Familiar with cyber security requirements
• Familiar with agile development
• Excellent multi-department cooperation skills, guide and coordinate the teamwork
• Basic knowledge on hardware, understand the schematic with debug skill
• Good English skill. Ability to communicate working task with foreigners.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and continually learning new skills/knowledge.
