This position reports to
Field Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support and deliver professional service for our Electrification Service / ELSE unit located in Dilovası. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only build strong customer relationships but also actively identify and develop new business opportunities. Comply with all legal and ABB-specific health and safety (HSE) regulations. Execute service work according to defined workflows and ABB standard procedures and safety guidelines. Perform service tasks such as identifying technical issues and conducting field service operations (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repair, advanced services, capacity upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, replacements, modifications, modernization, etc.). Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and understand their needs. Coordinate, prepare, and ensure the availability and quality of all materials, parts, and equipment needed for field service activities. Prepare all documents and reports for customer sign-off. Report work completed in a timely manner and follow up when required. Apply environmental and safety regulations and practices. Report unsafe practices and incidents.

Qualifications for the role
- Associate degree or technical high school diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commissioning as a service technician.
- Knowledge in power systems (LV-MV panels, relays, circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, reading electrical schematics).
- Possession of EKAT and MYK certificates.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Turkish knowledge is must,
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequent schedule changes; ability to work according to a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays, and provide 24/7 support as required.
- Valid B-class driving license (preferably with SRC certification).
