Asan HSE Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing andmanaging the health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts within ourAerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will play a crucial role in ensuringthe highest standards of health and safety for our employees, compliance withenvironmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices inengineering-related safety.
You will report directly to our Site Leader and you will work out of ourPlymouth, MN location.
In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the developmentand implementation of health, safety, ergonomics, and environmental programsthat ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability towork with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will contribute tothe overall success and reputation of our business as an accountable andsustainable organization.

Compensation & Benefits
Theannual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $147,000. Please notethat this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considersvarious factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scopeand responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience,education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with theorganization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmentalresponsibility.
- Guide and manage a team of HSE professionals, including engineers,specialists, and facilitation staff, ensuring efficient and effective HSEengineering practices.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, andenvironmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
- Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies toprevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potentialhazards, providing engineering solutions and preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-relatedincidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies.
- Develop and manage the HSE budget, allocate resources, and seekcost-effective solutions to maintain high standards of health, safety, andenvironmental protection.
- Promote environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practicesand minimizing the environmental impact of the organization's operations.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards in HSE engineering,conducting regular inspections and performance assessments.
- Work with various internal departments, senior management, and externalstakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSEmatters.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in HSE Engineering
- 5+ years of guiding and directing team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ergonomics and best practices.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Certificationin HSE or a related field is a plus.
