As an Engineering Manager at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in driving the success and growth of the company. This role leadsand manages a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing and executingengineering strategies that meet customer requirements and drive businessgrowth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure successful project execution. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products andsolutions
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meetcustomer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectexecution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency andproductivity
- Provide technical leadership for major growth projects
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing process, equipmentcapability, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in developing technology-related business strategy and newtechnologies
- Serve as a primary technical resource for the SBU management
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrialenvironments
- Ability to prioritize Engineering capabilities to maximize impact to businessimperatives
- Mechanical Integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes andequipment
WE VALUE:
- Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME(Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
- Desired experience with support of network or database systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing coating processes
- Ability to successfully drive project execution through a team of 5 or moreEngineers and direct reports
