We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer I. The Project Engineer is primarilyresponsible for preparation of technical and commercial customer proposalsduring the sales process. He/She will exhibit genuine interest in solving workproblems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating andcollaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the project engineer is responsible for understanding our competition and customersand showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work to distill andorganize technical and commercial proposal data into spreadsheets and worddocuments and/or databases.
• Analyze projectrequirements and gather necessary information to prepare proposals.
  Work to get externaloffers from possible sub-vendors and evaluate which is technically andcommercially adequate as part of CCC solution.
• Prepare comprehensivetechnical proposals, including scope of work, project timelines, and costestimates.
• Conduct technicalresearch and feasibility studies to support proposal development.
• Ensure that proposalscomply with company standards and meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with theprocurement team to obtain accurate pricing and availability of materials andservices.
• Review and reviseproposals based on client feedback and requirements.
• Coordinate withproject managers and engineers to ensure a smooth transition from proposal toproject execution.
• Participate in pre-bidmeetings and technical discussions with clients.
• Stay updated onindustry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to enhanceproposal competitiveness.
• Assist in preparingpresentation materials for client meetings and bid presentations.
• Strong organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Attention to detailand a high level of accuracy in proposal preparation.
• Provide fundamental technical support for thesales process, and specific assigned front-end engineering project
• Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting andsolutions
• Establish and maintain effective workingrelationships with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain sensitive and confidential informationregarding company information.
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties asrequired.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE

• University Degree in Engineering
• more than 2 years of experience in control systemsengineering or related field or related experience and/or equivalentcombination of education and experience
