We are recruiting a skilled Packages Engineer to join our client team on a 12-month contract in Paris, France. As a Packages Engineer, you will be responsible for managing packages, bidding processes, and procurement for various equipment including: safety packages, sewage treatment systems, and fresh water systems.

Role Overview

• Issue equipment datasheets and specifications for various packages.
• Conduct technical bid evaluations and meet with suppliers for further clarifications.
• Follow up on purchase orders and review vendor documentation.
• Collaborate with other specialists in process, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and layout.
• Interface with technical vendors and participate in testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all packages.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for package-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of various packages such as safety equipment, electrical heaters, etc.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and bidding procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in package management or related field.
