The Team leader position entails leading ateam of Toolmakers and Technicians who operate in rotating shifts, both day andnight, to support Heat Spreader Transfer Die stamping and legacy stamping operations.Key responsibilities of this role include conducting preventive maintenance ondies, preparing tooling spare parts, facilitating changeovers, troubleshootingissues on production lines, and assisting Tool Engineers with New ProductIntroductions (NPI) and Engineering builds.

We are currently seeking a Tooling Leader to join our Chonburi office. Reporting to Manufacturing Engineer Manager, your focus will be covering the end-to-end chemical engineering process.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
  
  • Design and produce press tools, jigs, fixtures, and ensure their maintenance.
  
  • Troubleshoot process issues while following standard operating procedures.
  
  • Support engineers during experiments by adhering to work instructions.
  
  • Assist in coining and trimming production, troubleshooting as necessary.
  
  • Prepare spare parts for production support.
  
  • Lead and participate in improvement projects as directed by supervisors.
  
  • Plan and ensure quality in production activities.
  
  • Develop designs for production improvement projects.
  
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills specific to press operations.
  
  • Understand part metrology and resolve dimensional issues for all running models.
  
  • Set up new product tooling, validate, and suggest design improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field, particularly in tooling and die-making.
• At least 3 years of experience at the Tool Maker level.
• Technical training or a diploma in Tool & Die Making.
