Key Responsibilities:
Experience
Ensure that the design, operation, maintenance, verification, monitoring, witnessing, and assessments of hydrocarbon and associated products measurement systems used for Royalty, Fiscal/Custody Transfer, and Allocation purposes comply with QatarEnergy Measurement Guidelines (MG), internationally recognized standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design: Ensure measurement systems are designed in accordance with QatarEnergy Measurement Guidelines and internationally recognized standards.
- Operation: Oversee the operation of measurement systems to ensure they function accurately and efficiently.
- Maintenance: Implement and manage regular maintenance protocols to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Verification: Conduct verification processes to confirm the accuracy and compliance of measurement systems.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor measurement systems to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
- Assessments: Perform assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of measurement systems.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in instruments and measurement system engineering, and product allocation within the Oil/Gas Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of measurement regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
