Ensure that the design, operation, maintenance, verification, monitoring, witnessing, assessments of hydrocarbon and associated products measurement systems used for Royalty, Fiscal / Custody Transfer and Allocation purposes comply with the QatarEnergy Measurement Guidelines (MG), internationally recognized standards, and the best practices in the oil and gas industry.

Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in the field of instruments and measurement system engineering and product allocation the Oil/Gas Industry.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Sciences in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,
Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Equivalent.
