R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of robotic components. • Develop and configure robotic systems to meet specific application requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative robotic solutions. • Perform simulations and testing to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical design and system configuration. • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and mechanical design.
• Proficiency in FEA software (Siemens SimCenter and Nastran NX preferred) and CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with robotic systems and automation is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement, Swedish is considered an advantage
