Airswift is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our client, a global leader in the renewable energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project focused on sustainable offshore and onshore wind energy development.

Main Functions:

Support the HSE Lead with the implementation and continuous improvement of company HSE programs and initiatives.
Monitor project HSE performance, advising on noncompliance issues and supporting corrective actions.
Ensure full compliance with company, contractor, and local authority safety regulations and requirements.
Coach and guide Contractors and Subcontractors on effectively establishing and delivering safety expectations.
Drive conformance with HSE policies, procedures, and project safety plans through proactive monitoring and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments across construction and installation worksites.
Develop and maintain daily HSE reports for active worksite locations.
Participate in and/or lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and reporting.
Perform trend analysis of incidents, near misses, hazards, and observations to recommend preventative measures.
Promote a strong safety culture through awareness, coaching, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
Support and participate in HAZID/HAZOP workshops and risk assessments.
Facilitate and audit compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001 standards.
Review and support documentation such as RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
Monitor and analyze incident data via Synergi (or equivalent) for continual improvement.
Provide ad-hoc HSE support and emergency response readiness when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

College-level education or equivalent certifications in Health, Safety, or Environmental fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within offshore construction, installation, or onshore turbine assembly.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
IT literate (Microsoft Office); experience with Synergi or similar tools is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work with 3rd party contractors on QHSE matters.

Certifications Required (or willingness to obtain):

GWO BST with Offshore Sea Survival
OSHA 10hr (or greater) certification
OGUK Medical (or equivalent physical)
