• Role: Senior BMS Engineer
• Location: KSA
• Contract Duration: 1 Year
• 3 - 8 Years of experience

Role Details:

• Software and Graphics Development: Experience with BMS software platforms such as EcoStruxure™ BMS Building Operation, from Schneider electric
• System Commissioning: Expertise in commissioning large and complex BMS projects, including Life Sciences, Commercial Buildings and Data Centers
• HVAC Applications: Knowledge of HVAC applications and their interactions with other systems such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust Fans, VAVs
• Engineering Outputs: Familiarity with system architecture, technical submissions for hardware/software, sub-systems interfacing points, detailed point schedules, control panel drawings, equipment and control valve schedules, and test scripts.
• Communication Protocols: Aware with different communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, LonWorks, …etc
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local project regulations, construction practices, and the latest equipment functional concepts
• Project Scope and Design: Review and understand project scope, duration, design, architecture, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
