As a Lead Engineering Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit in Phoenix, AZ. You will join a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our AT business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Join a team of technicians and provide technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the quality and efficiency of engineering processes
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role
• Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
