- Provide after-sales services (proposals, solutions, maintenance and so on) for our customers who use our products (RMT products: Pressure, Temperature, Level meters, Flow products, Density, Concentration meters) and asset management systems to enhance benefits of those products.
Who You Are:
- You understand products technically and facilitate customers promptly.
- You keep improving efficiency and optimizing process of maintenance for customers.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Interested / motivated to work on-site (e.g.: plants, customers' plants/field locations).
- General knowledge of instrumentation.
- Business /native levels of Japanese proficiency at reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Soft skill-set such as communication and good relation building with customers and respective counterparts.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experiences to work on-sites such as plants/customers' sites. Also, advantage work experiences at on sites in similar industries.
- Technical understanding of wireless instrumentation and knowledge of integration technology with higher-level systems.
