Non-DestructiveTest Technician - Level 2

As a Non-Destructive Test Technician - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will playa crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products throughthe use of non-destructive testing techniques. You will be responsible forperforming inspections, analyzing test results, and providing accurate andreliable data to support our manufacturing processes. Your expertise innon-destructive testing methods will be essential in identifying any defects oranomalies in our products, ensuring that they meet the highest qualitystandards.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products,contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Yourattention to detail and ability to accurately interpret test results will becritical in identifying any potential issues and ensuring that our productsmeet the required specifications.

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 11:30PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform non-destructive testing inspections on a variety of components and materials
• Utilize various non-destructive testing methods, such as ultrasonic testing,magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, and radiographic testing
• Analyze test results and provide accurate and reliable data to supportmanufacturing processes
• Identify and document any defects or anomalies in products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues andimplement corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliableresults
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards and procedures

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Additional certifications in other non-destructive testing methods
• Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related tonon-destructive testing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques and equipment
• Ability to interpret and analyze test results accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
