Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems.
- Proficiency in telecom protocols and technologies, including VoIP, SIP, MPLS, and wireless communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with telecom equipment and tools, such as routers, switches, PBX systems, and cabling infrastructure.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in telecom system design and implementation.
- Experience working in industrial or plant environments is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work in challenging and dynamic environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
