Become involved with a team that prioritizes innovation and effectiveness in the offshore wind sector. As part of the Sofia Offshore Wind Farm - a flagship project shaping the UK's green energy future - you'll play a vital role in keeping this exemplary site operating at peak performance. We're seeking 2 skilled technicians ready to grow with us in a continuously evolving, innovative environment.

About The Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot offshore wind turbines and associated balance of plant equipment
• Perform reactive and proactive maintenance, including servicing, inspections, retrofits, and main component exchanges
• Utilise SCADA systems and other computer programs to interrogate turbine controllers, reset faults, and build fault histories
• Prepare work plans and record tasks/documentation within SAP
• Enact a number of roles under the Wind Turbine Safety Rules (e.g., Authorised Technician, Skilled Technician)
• Support root cause analysis investigations and continuous improvement projects
• Recognize opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance health and safety or turbine performance
• Positively engage in the development of new and improved work procedures and best practices. This will include assisting with the writing of Operational Procedures, Method Statements, Work Instructions, and Approved Written Procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Completed an engineering apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline
• Ability to identify and solve problems with complex systems and interpret schematic drawings
• Comprehensive understanding of HSSE systems and procedures
• Skilled slinger and banksman
• Willingness to travel to support other sites or attend training
• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and SCADA tools
• Full UK Driving License
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
