R&D Department Lead

Your role and responsibilities

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This is a mechanical R&D position to support R&D for new motor products. Define basic model of motors for assembly, interact with customers in defining specifications. DUTIES OF POSITION: • Responsible for Mechanical design of AC motors. • R&D Work for new motor construction design based on project/customer requirement. • Coordinate to verify motor performance and quality. • Work on component development, cost saving, improvement, etc.

Qualifications for the role

• -BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics
• -Familiar with AutoCAD, Solid Works
• -5+ Yrs of mechanical design experience with motor design
• Worked for a multinational company or technical area in a motor industry.
• Familiar with machining and assembly process
• Familiar with NEMA motor standards is prefer.
