- Establish efficient workflows to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
- Participate and/or lead high-impact automation projects related to Material Flow
- Design and optimize material flow processes to establish efficient, controlled warehouse storage, delivery to production lines, receiving raw goods, and shipping finished goods.
- Collaborate on a regular basis with other functional groups, customers, and vendors on technical and/or administrative matters
- Use engineering processes, systems, and analytics to make business decisions
- Work with operations, supply chain, planning and other engineering departments to develop site logistics and material storage plans.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Master's degree
- Previous manufacturing and warehousing experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving processes
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems
- Experience with automation technologies, such as autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, scan tunnels, automated storage and retrieval systems
- Fluent English
