Role Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function. This includes optimizing data tracking, reporting, and visibility tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Apps. The role plays a key part in transforming how procurement, logistics, and delivery performance data is captured and leveraged to drive strategic decision-making in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards that visualize key metrics across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Analyze performance data and highlight trends, variances, and risks to support decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior stakeholders to monitor supply chain KPIs and performance targets.
- Drive digitization of workflows using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate, enhancing efficiency and control.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure system integration and technical alignment with supply chain needs.
- Maintain and administer SharePoint environments to support document control and collaborative workspaces.
- Conduct training sessions and provide functional support for digital platforms across the supply chain team.
- Monitor and report on procurement, logistics, inventory, and delivery timelines using centralized data tools.
- Document all reporting and digital workflow processes for continuous improvement and standardization.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Information Systems
- Data Analytics / Data Science
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital supply chain analysis or a related role.
- EPC project exposure in energy or industrial sectors preferred.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint administration and document workflow design.
- Functional ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.
- Ability to translate business questions into scalable technical solutions.
