We are seeking a Project Manager (Brownfields) in a permanent position for a Leading Australian O&G Service Provider with strong experience in the development and execution of medium sized capital projects in the offshore oil and gas sector.
  
You will be working on a variety of medium sized brownfields offshore projects, reporting to the Business Line Manager, your key focus will be working closely with your clients, to understand their needs and to drive the implementation of cost effective and practical solutions.
  
The successful candidate will need offshore brownfields work experience, project management and client management.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multi-disciplinary brownfields projects requiring end-to-end contract management, integrated scheduling and cost control.
• Proven capability of managing medium sized projects up to $20m in value, achieving project KPIs (i.e. schedule, cost, quality), with a focus on developing robust and fit for purpose low cost alternatives.
• Fluent with industry standards, experienced in leading multi-discipline engineering teams through detailed engineering and design, whilst acting as focal point for timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Demonstrated offshore site experience supervising personnel.
• Ability to lead, influence, motivate and support project teams to achieve goals.
• You are an innovative, strategic thinker with high commercial acumen.
• You have astute abilities in project risk profiling and the implementation of risk mitigating strategies, to ensure all projects are delivered safely
• Degree qualified or above in civil/structural or mechanical/mechatronics engineering and/or Diploma or equivalent
• 10 years  experience in a similar role 
• Offshore experience essential
