As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you willplay a key role in leading and managing advanced engineering projects in theAerospace Technologies (AERO) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) under the Aerospace(AES) business group. You will be responsible for overseeing the design,development, and implementation of advanced engineering solutions andtechnologies. The Senior Advanced Project Engineer will provide technicalexpertise, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring the successful executionof projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersto drive innovation, improve processes, and achieve project objectives. Youwill report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you will workout of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you willimpact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, andtechnologically advanced aerospace solutions. Your technical leadership,project management skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to thecompany's success, reputation, and growth in the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design and development of one or more of the Engine Controlsportfolio's products (engine valves, air and thermal systems, air turbinestarters, and cabin pressure control valves)
• Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from conception tocompletion
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successfulproject execution
• Design and develop advanced engineering solutions and technologies
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or haveasylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in engineering with a strong knowledge of engineeringprinciples, practices, and standards
• Proficiency in engineering new product development and control accountmanagement
