This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division & market) and its customers throughout the digital solution proposals with respect to technical and commercial aspects. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by determining the costs and preparing final documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions team in South Korea. Main stakeholders are sales team and technical experts. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective digital solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. • Offering technical advice and providing comment on inquiry specifications to customers/channels/Sales Specialists regarding ABB products/systems/applications. • Providing digital solution technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, and negotiations. • Performing analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable digital solution that meets the customer needs.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, tendering or engineering in the electrical systems industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, ECMS, and digital solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in data center, industry, and smart building applications would be preferred.
- Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations, protection relays and electrical automation systems would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Korean and English.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
