This Position reports to:

Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also demonstrate your skills by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence throughout the ABB value chain. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Developing and delivering training programs on health, safety, and environmental policies to employees at all levels.
- Cross-functional collaboration to integrate HSE into operational procedures and strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing safety performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Acting as a key point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications for the role:
- You have 1- 2 years of experience in Health and Safety
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or other relevant
- Familiarity with environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) will be an asset
- Driving license (role may require small amount of travel across Greece)
- You are at ease communicating in Greek & English language.
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach and proficient written and spoken communication skills.
