The Role: As the Field Engineer - Oilfield Solutions, reporting to the Sr. Sales Director - Industrial Solutions, Americans, you will be responsible for providing technical support with a particular focus on emulsion breaker bottle testing and fluid separation technologies. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer field applications and challenges, and product formulation to grow market share.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Work safely and meet all corporate, team, and individual safety goals. Safety is the top and overarching priority
• Support and maintain existing customer business through product formulation and optimization development
• Uncover customer needs during field visits that fit with SI Group's Oilfield offering, which may involve extended domestic and international travel
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, and identify potential fits for SI Group's portfolio
• Communicate opportunity pipeline to the Oilfield team with realistic forecast and timing targets
• Understand applicable markets and identify and promote realistic growth opportunities for existing and new products
• Collaborate with other business unit functions to provide insights into market needs, technology gaps, product developments, and market sizing
• Contribute to strategic business unit discussions for top customers or potential customers and execute accordingly
• Document customer interactions through call reports in CRM (SalesForce) and prepare or contribute to other business or technical reports as needed

Creating Extraordinary Starts With:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering, or demonstrated equivalency
• Minimum 7 years of technical upstream experience in the oilfield industry, specifically in production chemicals field application, including emulsion breaker and flow assurance evaluation and troubleshooting
• Experience with CRM tools is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
