JOB DESCRIPTION

The HSE Account Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating HSE-related documentation within third-party compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, and Achilles. This role supports customer requirements by organizing and compiling HSE content for SharePoint, tenders, and external submissions. It also involves close coordination with internal departments including Legal, Risk, Operations, and HSE to ensure alignment and accuracy. Additional responsibilities include document control, processing HSE-related invoices, and providing general administrative support to the HSE department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and update third-party platforms and applications to ensure compliance with customer requirements. This includes retrieving documents such as procedures, training records, certificates of insurance, and OSHA statistics from approved digital tools.
  • Communicate customer HSE requirements to relevant stakeholders and follow up to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with updates to field employee rosters for both corporate and customer Drug and Alcohol random testing programs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HSE Global content for SharePoint, third-party platforms, and tenders by locating, updating, or creating relevant documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Legal, Risk, Operations, Sales, HSE) to review customer HSE requirements against Master Service Agreements and other customer-provided documents (e.g., tribal land permits).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, statistics, balance score cards, and publishing, and communication of procedures.
  • Assist with assigning and updating training records in internal systems or customer-specified platforms, including user registration, reporting, and tracking via Learning Management Systems.
  • Help prepare and distribute reports, performance metrics (e.g., scorecards), and procedural communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the EPS HSE department.
  • Process HSE-related invoices and assist with maintaining vendor and supplier account records as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with third-party compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, Achilles).
  • Familiarity with internal digital systems such as JDE Enterprise, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Forms, Excel, Word), and Document Management Systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Possess organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative when facing challenges.
