Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Documentation:
- Calculate, design, and produce AutoCAD and/or Revit files.
- Develop construction documents for MEP engineering needs across various building types (commercial, educational, healthcare, multifamily, etc.), with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Project Management:
- Lead projects, both small and large, from inception to completion.
- Establish schedules, allocate resources, and ensure projects remain on track, on time, and within budget.
Documentation & Organization:
- Maintain mechanical engineering documents and schedules.
- Handle general project documentation efficiently.
Field Engagement & Quality Assurance:
- Review mechanical design submissions.
- Visit sites to address any emerging issues or queries.
Communication & Reporting:
- Deliver project status updates to various stakeholders.
- Build relationships with clients for business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience in HVAC or plumbing design and project management. A master's degree is favorable.
- Active PE License.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with HVAC modeling programs (TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, AIRMaster) is advantageous.
- Strong background in HVAC/Plumbing design and project management for diverse building sectors (commercial, multifamily, educational, healthcare, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse people, including subcontractors, clients, and team members.
