JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our engineering team with a skilled and Engineering Project Responsible who will use their multidisciplinary expertise to drive the execution of equipment deliveries for both newbuilds and modifications.

NOV has delivered crane and lifting equipment for over 75 years and has the most interdisciplinary and competent crane environment in the world. NOV Molde is an internationally leading crane supplier and delivers the most advanced fully electric offshore cranes on the market. We utilize the latest technology in autonomy and battery systems. One of our goals is to protect the environment by extending the life of existing cranes, and we are always on the lookout for smarter, more energy-efficient solutions.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Responsible for equipment deliveries in projects
• Plan, execute, and follow up on equipment deliveries
• Lead, coordinate, and follow up work between discipline engineers, product managers, document control and other relevant contributors
• Responsible for engineering budget, reporting, and planning of engineering activities
• Assist with cost estimation, planning, and evaluation of change orders and other project-related requests
• Communicate with our customers

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher technical education. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal qualifications
• Experience from offshore, maritime industry, or onshore industry with procurement or delivery of machinery or equipment packages is preferred
• Good financial understanding
• Strong digital skills
• Proficiency in communication in both Norwegian and English.
