JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thru-Tubing Field Specialist to join our dynamic Coiled Tubing Tools team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising at the client site the deployment of specialized NOV downhole tools used to perform interventions such as milling, fishing, cleanouts, and stimulations, ensuring job quality, safety, and technical excellence. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, extensive knowledge of CT downhole tools and CT operations, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, Operate, and maintain a wide range of thru-tubing tools including milling, clean-out, and fishing tools
• Plan, coordinate, and execute thru-tubing milling and fishing operations at the wellsite.
• Collaborate with engineers, client's representative, and other field personnel to ensure optimal job performance and safety compliance.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, inspected, and prepared according to company standards and client requirements with all required paperwork and certifications.
• Coordinate with office and workshop to ensure all required equipment to perform the job including contingencies are available on site with valid maintenance and inspection records.
• Prepares and keeps accurate paperwork and records of tools mobilized for the job, on delivery and job tickets, job reports/resumes, and any other forms.
• Provide detailed post-job reports and recommendations for future operations
• Troubleshoot issues during operations and provide technical recommendations and guidance.
• Mentor and train junior field population
• Perform maintenance of the tools, participate in preparing technical, and investigation reports when available in town.
• Follow all HSE policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety on location.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a thru-tubing field specialist and well interventions operations within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of well completions design and accessories.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of downhole tool functionality.
• Ability to perform different mechanical and hydraulic calculations required to operate thru-tubing tools and ensure the efficiency of the operation.
• Familiarity with coil tubing, snubbing, and well intervention operations is required.
• Proven track record in fishing, milling, clean-out runs, and tool deployment.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in remote environments.
• Ability to work independently, execute the field jobs alone, and work for extended time whenever required by field operations.
• Valid driving license
• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements
• Certification in H2S, and other relevant field safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Experience working in the Saudi Arabia or similar high-temperature/high-pressure applications.
