- Over 10 years of experience in project services management within the oil and gas sector, specializing in upstream and deep-water projects.
- Proven success in handling large-scale, intricate projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and diverse international teams.
- Proficiency in offshore oil and gas operations, particularly deep-water projects.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and overseeing projects across different geographical regions.
- Sound knowledge of project financials, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Open for Indonesian Passport Holder.

🧩 Technical & Management Skills:
- Proficient in project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP.
- Familiarity with procurement, contract management, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire teams and enhance performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.
- Deep understanding of industry standards such as ISO, API, and HSE regulations.
- Commitment to upholding high health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in offshore projects.
- Expertise in implementing risk management strategies to mitigate budget, schedule, and safety risks.
