In our Measurement Solutions business, focused on Flow Measurement Products, you will combine innovation and customer focus by providing customer visits, installation, maintenance and service activities. You uniquely connect technology and customer experience to optimize our global Marine solution services.
You are often on the road to ensure that all our customer projects run smoothly. During service visits, you start instruments, perform technical evaluations and test equipment according to FAT standards. You resolve faults, coordinate modifications and instruct customers, using clear reports to make a crucial link between technology and customer requirements.
When you are not on the road, you will work from our location in Ede, where you will further develop your skills together with the Manager Technical Service. You will ensure optimal performance of our solutions nationally and internationally and proactively anticipate challenges.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform Marine fuel consumption & bunkering related service activities as pre-surveys, surveys, desk-preparation, startups of Marine fuel consumption & Bunkering flow instruments & applications
- Perform technical evaluations as part of all Marine fuel consumption & bunkering related service activities
- Solve instrument related malfunctions and commission new instruments / Sea-trials worldwide (Shipyards)
- Perform FAT tests, inspections, quality verification and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate and perform field device modifications - Instruction of operating principles
- Participate in Call-out service (including performing service activities at irregular hours)
- MID verification and re-verification services & consultancy (training to achieve certification provided)
- Perform additional services from portfolio
- Report in a clear and proper way all aspects of the service visit using the appropriate tools and software

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 3+ years of working in a similar role, experience in the Marine field is definitely an advantage
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills; verbal, reading and writing. Additional European languages are a plus as well.
- Ability to travel frequently as and when required (regionally and internationally), including at short notice and at irregular hours (minimum 90 travel days/year)
- Excellent communication skills, even when in busy or deadline-urgent situations
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (e.g. instrumentation, process technology)
- General safety training (VCA), Electrical safety training NEN-EN50110 (equal to NEN3140) represents an advantage
